Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing contracts for our Key Account/Gold Customers and Key Account Managers/Corporate Accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- To accurately enter new and existing sales onto our AMCS system.
- To manage and administer the entering of new and existing sales leads into CRM.
- To maintain daily communication with Key Account Managers to ensure timely updates and progress.
- You will ensure the accuracy of data entered onto company systems, adhering to department procedures.
- Manage supplier and customer information.
- To conduct credit checks and verify integrity of provided information.
- Liaise with sub-contractors to guarantee timely bin deliveries for customers.
- Generate Waste Transfer Notes for customers missing annual renewal process documentation.
- Oversee Major accounts inbox & handle requests efficiently, passing them to relevant teams.
- Prepare necessary documentation and process data promptly, ensuring invoice queries are resolved efficiently and communicated with financial teams.
- You will identify and help resolve issues with sub-contractors to reduce repeat problems.
- Distribute inbound web and phone leads to sales teams and other teams, logging them on CRM.
- Provide general sales admin support including logging new quotes, running reports via Power BI, and assisting in new mobilisation roll outs.

Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good administrative skills.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Sales support and customer service expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the waste industry/hazardous waste would be advantageous.
- Experience using CRM would be beneficial.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
