Facilities Coordinator/scheduler

- Working hours are 08:30 - 17:30, often finishing early (15:30) on Fridays
**Working with the General Manager of this reputable Construction business the duties of the Facilities Coordinator/Scheduler will include**:
- Managing up to 6 external site teams nationwide
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis to ensure they aware and happy with the works completed
- Booking in works with site contacts.
- Reviewing reports and ensure they are complete and in-line with the job requirements
- Booking hotels/parking for site teams
- Invoicing works
- Provide financial reports on a weekly basis
- Forecasting figures and staff requirements based on job volumes.
- Managing the fleet of vehicles & tools
- Manage the external staff training requirements along with H&S manager.
- Liaise with Accounts team regarding overdue invoices.
**To be successful in the Facilities Coordinator/Scheduler role you will ideally have the following skills and expertise**:
- Experience in a similar Facilities coordinator/Scheduling/Service Administration role
- Knowledge of IT Systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Punctual and disciplined
- Strong willingness to learn
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Skilled in problem-solving
- Experience in working with large number of projects at any one time.
- Extremely organised and able to manage a large workload
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
