Admin Coordinator

**An excellent opportunity for a experienced Admin Coordinator to join a well established company in Bromborough, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with room to develop and learn.**

**As the Admin Coordinator you will be**:

- Managing up to 6 external site teams nationwide who undertake compliance testing and remedial work
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis to ensure they aware and happy with the works completed
- Booking Accommodation/parking for site teams
- Reviewing operative reports on our internal CRM system and ensure they are complete and in-line with the job requirements
- Managing the fleet of vehicles for your operatives and ensure they are up to company standards.
- Manage the external staff training requirements along with H&S manager

**As the Contracts Coordinator you will have**:

- Experience of working in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong Communication skills
- Extremely organised with the ability to manage a large workload with the ability to prioritise appropriately
- Strong willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
