Job Summary:

Altum Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to partner with a global Automotive organisation on their Workday implementation programme. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in harmonising and optimising HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed process maps and models using BPML and Visio.
  • Collaborate closely with HR experts and stakeholders to understand existing processes and gather requirements.
  • Support the harmonisation of HR processes across the organisation, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for new and revised processes.
  • Continuously improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to validate process designs and gather feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process modelling (BPML & Visio)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies, particularly harmonisation and standardisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex process requirements into clear and actionable models
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience with additional process modelling/workflow tools.
