About the Role

Flagship Consulting, a leading property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Quantity Surveyor at Flagship Consulting, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, taking full ownership of client relationships, and acquiring valuable sector knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is desirable.
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on consultancy/PQS projects.
  • Experience working on projects within the property/building sector.
  • Ability to manage projects up to £5 million in value.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
