Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Flagship Consulting, a leading Property Consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Truro.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from inception to completion, and take ownership of projects across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, excellent communication and client-facing skills, and be MRICS or on the path to passing their APC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project reports and financial analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
