Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Truro. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • RICS membership or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a consultancy or PQS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
