We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing person-centered care to individuals with complex needs
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of service users
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
