Leadership and Management Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance.
- Manage recruitment, staff training, and development.
- Achieve and maintain a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting.
- Driving Licence is essential.
Salary: £53,000 - £58,000 per annum, including a performance bonus of up to £18,000 per year.
