Vocational Recovery Expert Job Summary

The Forward Trust is seeking an experienced Vocational Recovery Expert to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals struggling with health conditions or disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and employers to create job opportunities for clients.
  • Design and deliver tailored employability support to meet the needs of individuals with health conditions or disabilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with employers and clients.
  • Have experience working in vocational rehabilitation or a related field.
