Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Department Practitioner to join our team at Surgical Centre Gillingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a friendly, welcoming, and expert multidisciplinary theatre team, enjoying a better work-life balance and focusing on delivering exceptional patient care in a non-emergency environment.
Main Responsibilities:
As an Operating Department Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting pre-operative checks, ensuring effective patient handover, and assessing patients throughout their recovery. You will work closely with our Theatre Manager and the rest of the team to provide high-quality treatment and ensure patient satisfaction.
