Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Principal Scientist to join our Physical Chemistry team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial and R&D projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects/activities within the group with a results-driven approach.
  • Ensure work is performed to an exceptionally high standard, within specified time frames, ensuring QC procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Design assays to support bespoke study requests from internal and external partners.
  • Provide expert scientific support for the wider company for Physical Chemistry studies.
  • Keep up to date with scientific literature advances, developments, and regulatory guidelines in the area of Physical Chemistry and inform the team of relevant developments.
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
