About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Campaigns Administrator to join our dynamic team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of recruitment campaigns across the Health Board.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Recruitment Campaign Specialist in planning, implementing, and delivering recruitment projects.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including content creation and event organization.
- Support the identification and development of opportunities to increase retention and employee engagement within the organization.
Requirements
- QCF Level 3 or equivalent experience in customer service, marketing, or administration.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to communicate in Welsh (Level 3) is essential for this post.
