Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Recruitment Campaign Specialist in planning, implementing, and delivering recruitment projects.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including content creation and event organization.
  • Support the identification and development of opportunities to increase retention and employee engagement within the organization.

Requirements

  • QCF Level 3 or equivalent experience in customer service, marketing, or administration.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to communicate in Welsh (Level 3) is essential for this post.
