Drive Supply Chain Excellence as Head of Procurement

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Procurement to spearhead our procurement strategy across a diverse portfolio of Hotels, restaurants, and quick service restaurants. As a strategic leader, you will drive supply chain excellence, deliver savings, and lead sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Lead Procurement Strategies: Create and execute procurement strategies that meet the needs of our diverse operations.
  • Oversee the Full Procurement Cycle: Ensure value, compliance, and top-tier service across all categories.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Suppliers: Drive efficiencies, cost savings, and innovation through effective stakeholder management and supplier relationships.
  • Integrate Sustainability and ESG Objectives: Embed sustainability and ESG principles into procurement, reducing our carbon footprint.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Procurement Team: Foster strong supplier partnerships and develop a high-performing procurement team.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven Leadership in Procurement: Experience in procurement leadership, ideally across hospitality, healthcare, or foodservice.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and Supplier Relationship Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and suppliers.
  • Passion for Sustainability: Experience embedding ESG principles into procurement and a passion for sustainability.
  • Excellent Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead and make strategic decisions in fast-paced environments.
