Job Title: Japanese Speaking Secretary - Maternity Cover

The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our business divisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating tasks such as expense settlements, meeting arrangements, and event logistics
  • Negotiating corporate rates with travel agents, hotels, restaurants, and vendors
  • Administering company Golf Club membership and activities
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Covering responsibilities of colleagues during absences or peak times
  • Assisting with event organization or supporting other department-specific tasks

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Experience in administrative support and diary management
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Effective relationship-building with internal teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
