Job Title: Japanese Speaking Secretary - Maternity Cover

The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, with a focus on supporting business divisions with tasks such as expense management, meeting coordination, and event logistics. Additionally, they will have experience in coordinating with travel agents, hotels, restaurants, and vendors to negotiate corporate rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business divisions with administrative tasks, including expense management and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, restaurants, and vendors to negotiate corporate rates
  • Administer company Golf Club membership and activities
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Cover responsibilities of colleagues during absences or peak times
  • Assist with organizing events or supporting other department-specific tasks

Requirements:

  • Business level of Japanese and English
  • Experience in administrative support and diary management
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Effective relationship-building with internal teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
