Insurance Risk Manager

As a Commercial Client Liaison Specialist at MW Appointments, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial insurance requirements for our clients. Your role will involve managing clients' needs across various SME Commercial risks, including new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments. You will need to obtain quotations for clients, handle all client queries, and liaise effectively with the Account Executive to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining renewal terms and presenting them to clients, as well as issuing renewal documentation in line with contract certainty.
Essential Skills:
To excel in this role, you will need previous experience within a similar Commercial Insurance role, knowledge of Commercial and/or SME risks, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. A good understanding of risk management principles and practices is also essential. You will need to be organized, with strong IT skills and the ability to use Acturis. Achieving or studying for the Cert CII qualification is desirable.
