Household Insurance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Household Insurance Specialist to join our team at MW Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Personal Lines Household policies from start to finish, working closely with our client, a Lloyds Broker.
Main Responsibilities
- Handling Household premiums for new and existing clients
- Managing own book of clients
- Dealing with premiums up to £2,000
- Contacting clients to obtain up-to-date risk information and discuss renewal terms
- Issuing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Preparing and issuing insurance documentation and letters
- Cross-selling other products
Requirements
- Previous experience working within Household Insurance
- Managing own workload
- Good IT skills, including all MS Office
