Our client, a Lloyds Broker, is seeking a Commercial Client Handler to join their expanding Commercial department in Essex. The role involves handling a mix of new and existing clients' insurance requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing clients' needs across a range of SME Commercial risks
- Dealing with new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Obtaining quotations for clients and handling all client queries
- Liaising with the Account Executive to ensure an effective renewal strategy
- Obtaining renewal terms and presenting them to clients
- Issuing renewal documentation in line with contract certainty
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a similar Commercial Insurance role
- Knowledge of Commercial and/or SME risks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
Desirable Skills
- Good organisation skills
- Strong IT skills
- Use of Acturis
- Achieved or studying Cert CII
What You Need to Know
- Permanent role
- Based in Essex - hybrid
- Salary up to £35,000 - depending on experience
