Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Network Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Network Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with network security, including firewalls and VPNs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CCNA or CCNP certification.
  • Experience with Cisco, HP, or other network equipment.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization.
  • Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow.
