The Role and the Next Step in Your Career JourneyIf you're ready for a new challenge, we're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to help us take our Company Secretary team to the next level.
We will value and listen to your ideas to help the team succeed; we are of a size where you personally can make a difference to the way we do things.
Responsibilities- Assist the team of 3 with all their administrative needs, reporting into the Head of Company Secretary.
- Incorporate UK companies.
- Prepare inaugural board minutes and supporting documentation for review by a senior team member.
- Monitor annual statutory filings.
- Proactively deal with preparing and filing of CS01s and ensure they are completed on time.
- Maintain statutory records.
- Update/maintain data management systems.
- Monitor the mailbox and proactively pick up emails on matters engaged to work on.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a professional sector.
- A genuine interest in company secretarial law and practice.
- Professional outlook, good work ethics, and attention to detail.
- Proactively offer help to colleagues when they are very busy.
- Help ensure good communication for efficient teamworking when peaks and troughs of workload are identified so that work is allocated across the wider team in the most efficient manner.
We offer a competitive starting salary and a range of generous benefits, including:
- A 6-month probationary period with flexibility on satisfactory performance after 3 months to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home and be eligible for the training agreement, private medical, and pension scheme.
- A flexible start time between 8am and 10am with a 7.5hr working day.
- 25 days' holiday increasing by one day per year's service up to a maximum of 30 days and the ability to purchase/sell up to a further 5 days' holiday.
