Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a range of exciting new fundraising initiatives and donor opportunities across a range of income streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to maximize new income through engaging new business supporters and individuals.
  • Develop a network of fundraising volunteers to assist in the process.
  • Steward long-term supporters and cultivate new relationships.
  • Write successful fundraising proposals, bids, and reports.
  • Meet and exceed financial and non-financial fundraising targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience developing new fundraising pipelines.
  • Prior experience using a fundraising database.
  • Experience writing successful fundraising proposals, bids, and reports.
  • Ability to meet and exceed financial and non-financial fundraising targets.
  • Commitment to the development of Swanage Pier and heritage sites.
