About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Tendering Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Energy UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the Transformers business through sales and tendering, implementing the local product marketing strategy, and visiting potential clients to present our offering and agree client requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and tendering strategies to achieve business targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends and develop detailed business plans
  • Present our products and services to potential clients and negotiate agreements
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and report on sales and tendering activities to inform business decisions

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales and/or tendering. You will have a degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales and/or tendering. You will also have a passion for sales in a technical setting and be familiar with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
