Job Title: Personal Assistant - Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a lively and energetic young boy with his daily activities. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a willingness to learn and adapt to the individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the individual with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Accompany the individual on outings and activities, such as swimming, trampolining, and visiting local attractions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual.
  • Maintain accurate records of the individual's activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic understanding of personal care and support techniques.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
