Job Title: Personal Assistant - Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Personal Assistant to support a lively and active young boy with his daily needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a willingness to learn and adapt to the boy's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the boy with his daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Encourage and support the boy's love of physical activity and outdoor pursuits.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the boy.
  • Communicate effectively with the boy's family and other professionals involved in his care.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic understanding of personal care and support.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
