Job Description
This Sales Team Manager role will play a crucial part in driving sales team performance and contributing to the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership or management position and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
A proven track record in sales leadership or management position. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous. Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training. Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships.
Benefits
An estimated annual salary range for this role is £60,000 - £65,000 (OTE), including base pay and commission. Additional benefits include 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy and sell holidays, Summer and Winter parties, Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 access to a Remote GP, Cycle to Work Scheme & Tech Scheme, Pension Scheme, Life assurance cover, Daily Incentives and Bonuses.
