Marketing Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team at Amazon. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Oversee partner relationships with platforms, agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Execute marketing plans through direct management of campaign deliverables, including optimizing campaigns mid-flight.
  • Oversee brand and show-level marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Compile comprehensive pre-launch and post-mortem reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Support larger marketing activations with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Execute briefs for marketing resource groups, including Creative, Social, PR, Media, and Data.
  • Provide insights to inform campaign planning, media planning, and media buying to increase awareness and drive downloads.
  • Maintain organized documentation and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

Experience in professional marketing, with a focus on data manipulation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Experience working with global cross-functional teams and major brands or entertainment companies in project/production management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
