The Role:

As an International Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for leading internal communications across EMEA and APAC regions. This will involve planning, writing, and delivering content for various internal channels, including intranet, town hall meetings, presentations, and leadership communications.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to craft communications that inform, inspire, and engage colleagues across our international network. Your goal will be to ensure the right messages reach stakeholders at the right time, through the right platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various internal channels.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Analyse data and use insights to refine communication strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues across different regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in communications roles, with a focus on internal communications.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align internal messaging with broader organisational goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
