Sales Engineer
Job Description:At SOTI, we are committed to delivering best-in-class mobile and IoT device management solutions. We are looking for out-of-the-box thinkers who appreciate the art of creating great software.
We're seeking a Sales Engineer for our Majors Team in the UK, responsible for supporting our premium Enterprise Customers.
This includes providing technical support, revenue generation in add-on sales, and professional service training, as well as following up on support cases as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive engagement with each of your enterprise accounts – setup weekly meetings with key stakeholders, relationship building, and open discussions to share updates.
- Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of SOTI products.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers.
- Keep customers up to date regularly on projects, POCs, updates on their requirements, ensuring the customer is not waiting for replies from us.
- Provide email and telephone-based pre-sales and project management support for our software products.
- Local and international travel through EMEA may be required in a supporting role for sales opportunities.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with respective Account Managers to review active and upcoming projects.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing large accounts.
- Proven track record in providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and providing pre-sales technical support to prospective customers.
- Solid understanding of computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting, etc).
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile).
- Prior experience working with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS, Analytics is an asset.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, CRM solutions, Linux, Raspberry Pi is an asset.
- Experience with databases, Microsoft SQL server, MY SQL, Oracle is an asset.
