As a Process Safety Discipline Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting safety, risk, and business goals within our organization. You will work closely with the discipline Manager to drive delivery in the discipline through effective implementation of technical standards while integrating with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver the business discipline backlog and drive standardization and continuous improvement for the team.
- Manage discipline-related risks depending on classification as per agreed accountabilities.
- Provide visible safety leadership to model desired behaviors in order to help prevent accidents or harm to people.
- Support business prioritization and technical verification, ensuring implementation of BP's Safety & Operational Risk Agenda.
- Strong business acuity and performance orientation to make value and risk-based prioritization decisions.
- Interest in supporting and guiding people development.
