About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Authority to join our Technical Assurance Team at BW Offshore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Process Safety for our FPSO operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our Technical Standards for Process Safety, ensuring compliance with industry rules and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our teams on Process Safety matters, including design, operations, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with our Projects and Asset Operations teams to develop and review Safety Cases and manage Safety Critical Elements.
  • Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Process Safety practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Process Safety Engineering or a related discipline, with significant relevant experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on Process Safety engineering and design.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work in a multinational environment.
