Job Title: Senior HR Business Development Manager

The role of a Senior HR Business Development Manager at FIND | Creating Futures is to provide strategic HR support to the Multi Academy Trust. This includes managing ER cases, improving policies and processes, overseeing recruitment, performance, and absence management, and reporting people matters to senior leadership.

This hybrid position involves working 3 days a week on the Isle of Wight and then at home or office the other days. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role in an education setting, stakeholder management, workforce planning, talent management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases for each site
  • Improve and implement policies and processes
  • Oversight of recruitment, performance, and absence management processes
  • Report people matters to senior leadership

Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
  • Experience in a similar role in an education setting
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strengths in workforce planning and talent management
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
