About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account/Programme Manager to join our specialist consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with international clients to deliver high-quality Learning and Development (L&D) programmes, strategy consulting, and change management projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project planning using MS Project, Planner, and Kanban boards
  • Maintain client meeting diaries
  • Schedule project work across the business for a balanced workload
  • Prepare L&D content materials, content plans, and toolkits
  • Work with the team to create proposals and develop business within your own client portfolio
  • Oversee sales forecasts
  • Prepare sales and finance reports, invoices, and track expenses
Requirements:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in L&D, Change Management, or Internal Communications environments
  • Understanding of learning management systems and experience using project planning software
  • Passion for people development, delivering professional services, and embracing challenges in a fast-paced environment
