Job Title: Technical Customer Service

At Thomas Lee Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, generate quotations, and follow up on leads.
  • Provide technical support to customers and process orders, encompassing tasks such as job file management, parts and bill of materials creation, supplier liaison, purchase order processing, drawing creation, documentation, and CRM system maintenance.
  • Contribute to general office administration while collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate work.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Project management experience.
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD preferred, training available).
  • Background in the racking or materials handling industry.
  • Design experience in storage, metalwork, or industrial design.
