Technical Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team at Thomas Lee Recruitment. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Management: Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, generate quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, process orders, and perform tasks such as job file management, parts and bill of materials creation, supplier liaison, purchase order processing, drawing creation, documentation, and CRM system maintenance.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits as required to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- General Office Administration: Contribute to general office administration, including collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred, training available).
- Industry Experience: Have a background in the racking or materials handling industry or a similar technical role.
