Logistics Operations Manager
At HH Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering logistical operations for a major global client across multiple continents.
The Logistics Operations Manager will work closely with the Logistics Director and HH Global account team to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for the logistics function.
- Implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures for product handling and logistics requirements.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings to report on Client SLA's & KPIs.
- Work with logistics providers to plan and execute campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive cost and carbon reductions.
- Contribute to strategic plans and reviews, and provide regular financial and KPI reporting updates.
Requirements:
- Proactive management of responsibilities.
- Excellent experience within a logistics management role.
- Expertise in logistics management procedures and best practices.
- Experience in global POSM logistics.
- Organised, efficient, structured, focused, and goal-oriented.
- Flexible, dedicated, loyal, and passionate for the job.
- Motivated, proactive, analytical, and a proven problem solver.
- Confident with using Microsoft Office and familiar with other software pertinent to the industry.
- Experience of excelling within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
