Logistics Operations Manager

Job Title: Logistics Manager
At HH Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering logistical operations for a major global client across multiple continents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for the logistics function for the client team.
- Product handling and logistics requirements - implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures - complying with legal regulations, KPI's and ISO requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to report on client SLA's & KPIs.
- Work with logistics providers to plan and execute campaigns.
- Annual forecasting for logistics expenditures to drive cost and carbon reductions via proactive & alternative solutions where possible while always maintaining SLA's as a minimum.
- Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and provide regular financial and KPI reporting updates.
Requirements:
- Proactive management of responsibilities.
- Excellent, recent experience within a logistics management role.
- Expertise in logistics management procedures and best practices.
- Experience in global POSM logistics.
- Organised, efficient, structured, focused and goal-oriented.
- Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job.
- Motivated, proactive, analytical and a proven problem solver.
- Confident with using Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry.
- Experience of excelling within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
