Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Companionship and Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver personalized care and support plans for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

As a Companionship and Support Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues and families to understand the unique needs of each resident. You will also develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to enhance our residents' experiences.

We offer an excellent salary package, including an estimated £32,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave, and opportunities for career development and growth.
