Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of nursing and care staff.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Nursing Qualifications: Registered Nurse qualification and relevant post-registration experience.
  • Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role within a nursing home or healthcare setting.
