As a Roadside Recovery Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our members in need, providing exceptional service and support in emergency situations. You will be responsible for recovering vehicles, assisting members with their journey, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Recover vehicles safely and efficiently, using your expertise and knowledge of the area to minimize downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, being approachable, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally the CE (HGV 1) licence too.
  • A Driver CPC (certificate of professional competence) qualification, and a digital drivers/tachograph card.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and working in a fast-paced environment.
