We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Practice Plus Group. As a valued member of our team, you will provide support to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is a 37.5 hour per week position that requires flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations across Lancashire, Manchester, and Yorkshire. Successful applicants must have a full and clean driver's license and be willing to work varied shifts, including early mornings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
