Interim Finance Transformation Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on large-scale finance transformation projects, leveraging your expertise in finance processes, process mapping, business analysis, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and audit strategies, and provide guidance on shared services and business process outsourcing.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and address finance transformation challenges, and develop solutions to improve financial performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on process improvements and cost savings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance transformation, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with industry and/or practice/consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage communications and engagement at all levels.
  • Ability to take initiative and self-manage, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Experience working on large-scale finance transformation projects, with a strong understanding of finance processes, process mapping, business analysis, and risk management.
