Are you an experienced Pharmacy Technician looking for a new challenge? ProfDoc is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their medicines optimisation clinical services team in Exeter. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services to patients.
About the Role:
In this permanent position, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-focused care and ensure timely supply of medicines. You will be responsible for participating in medicines management, ward top-up, and ward-based dispensing, as well as providing dispensary-based patient services to inpatients and outpatients, including clinical trials.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-focused care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in medicines management, ward top-up, and ward-based dispensing
- Provide dispensary-based patient services to inpatients and outpatients
- Assist in the utilisation of patients' own medicines
