We are seeking a skilled Material Procurement Specialist to support our construction projects in the Bracknell region.

This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient supply of materials, contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes and neighbourhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Buyer to develop detailed material schedules aligned with construction programmes.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, considering lead times and project deadlines.
  • Attend regular subcontractor meetings to stay updated on project requirements.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks to support cost reporting, working closely with the Project Buyer.
  • Assist in creating and implementing a waste management strategy, balancing commercial efficiency and environmental compliance.
  • Possess knowledge of the building industry and construction materials.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software and numeracy skills.
  • Hold a current CSCS card.
