Job Summary

An award-winning residential developer in North London is seeking an experienced Materials Buyer to manage procurement for their bespoke design properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the materials supply industry and be able to negotiate competitive pricing to secure the best deals for the company.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to evaluate current systems and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency.

The successful candidate will have experience working with residential developers and be up-to-date on market trends and prices.

About the Role

  • Procuring materials for construction projects;
  • Negotiating prices with suppliers;
  • Evaluating and improving existing procurement processes;
