About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Planning Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our Commercial Planning team, you will play a critical role in delivering our annual and multi-year plans through effective planning, reporting, and tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support different teams to deliver their plans through effective planning, reporting, and tooling.
  • Provide oversight for the domain to provide transparency and data-led insight.
  • Work with stakeholders in Technology to maintain a transparent and accurate view of the Commercial Product element of the Technology portfolio.
  • Measure performance across this area, providing intelligence to support strategic/long-term planning processes.
  • Track outcomes, forecasts/actuals, risks, and issues across our plans to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate any gaps.
Requirements
  • Programme/Portfolio management office experience (essential).
  • First-hand experience writing engagement communication material.
  • Working in a fast-paced/project environment.
