Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic 2-form entry school in Thurrock, Essex.
About the Role:This is a long-term role until at least July 2025, commencing in November. Permanency and teacher training options will be available from August 2025.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with SEN/SEMH in a mainstream setting
- Build and maintain successful relationships with students
- Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
- Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning
- Long term contract
- Ample support and training provided
- A range of classes to support across

- Kind and friendly staff and students
