About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic 2-form entry school in Thurrock, Essex. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children who have SEN/SEMH in a mainstream setting and contribute to a welcoming environment where staff wellbeing is prioritized.
Responsibilities:
- Support children with SEN/SEMH in a mainstream setting
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
