About the Role

Ko Estates is seeking a skilled Customer Success Relationship Builder to drive customer satisfaction and retention. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a fast-growing company and make a real impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, identifying and promoting success stories, testimonials, and case studies, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure all upsell opportunities are identified and acted upon.

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
