What We're Looking For:
- You are likely an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an exceptional front of house team member looking to take on a management role with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- You will have experience working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks, and preparing food.
- A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
- Extremely driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles.
- Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- A self-motivator who can work at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
